去年以来,网络经济开始由制造泡沫向打造实力回归,但要真正迎来春天,还需加强立法与监督,并突破信用、支付和配送三大瓶颈。
Since last year, the network economy has started to return from creating foam to building strength. However, to truly welcome the spring, we must also step up legislation and supervision and break through the three major bottlenecks of credit, payment and distribution.
