当进口葡萄酒排山倒海地涌来,国产葡萄酒只有招架之力时,有识之士除了忧虑,更多的是殷切期待。纵观整个国产葡萄酒,人们不约而同将目光转向西部。这里有广袤无垠的土地,得天独厚的自然优势,更重要的是一个个葡萄种植基地已经初见雏形。我国90%的酿酒葡萄生产在西北和华北地区,特别是西北地区的气候条件对于葡萄的生长得天独厚。西部能成为与进口葡萄酒相抗衡的重要力量吗?西部的优势又在哪里?西部真的是中国葡萄酒的希望吗?或许,一切还得从头说起。

When imported wines rush into the mountains and domestic wines only have the ability to parry, the people of insight, besides worries, are more eager to look forward to. Throughout the entire domestic wine, people invariably turned their attention to the west. There is a vast expanse of land, a unique natural advantage, and more importantly, one grape planting base has taken shape. 90% of China’s wine grape production in the northwest and north China, especially in the northwest region, is unique for the growth of grapes. Can the Western Region be an important force to compete with imported wine? Where is the advantage of the West? Is the West really the hope of Chinese wine? Perhaps everything has to start from scratch.
