In recent years, the activated leukocyte-induced tissue damage caused by the role of microcirculation, is attracting attention. The mechanism of these tissue damage may be activated leukocyte aggregation, release of reactive oxygen species through activated leukocytes and poly-nucleated leukocyte elastase and so on.
