例1 赵×女21岁。右眼戴角膜接触镜后红痛,视力下降2天。于1989年2月20日入院。右眼视力光感,左眼0.1(一5.50 DS=1.0)。右眼混合充血,角膜混浊,角膜中央部有2mm大小溃疡,溃疡面有较多粘性分泌物,房水混浊(++),瞳孔对光反应迟钝。入院后,球结膜下注射庆大霉素2万单位,用5%链霉素和庆大霉素满眼,每15分钟1次,1%阿托品液滴眼,1日4次。三天后,结膜囊分泌物细菌培养为绿脓杆菌,对丁胺卡那霉素及氧哌嗪
