我科于1986年8月2日曾收一例在试用中子-r源测井仪后,发生急性视网膜色素上皮病变患者,报告如下: 彭××男46岁病案号46719 1986年8月2日因双眼视物模糊半月余,加重两天入院。病史:半月前,在直视下试用测井仪时接触中子、r流,翌日双眼视物模糊,以右眼为著。视力右1.0~(-3),左1.2,未诊治。时隔半月,又在直视下试用测井仪一次后,双眼视物模糊加重,右眼视力0.5,左眼0.8,眼前暗影,视物变形小。遂来我院就诊,以黄斑部病变收入院。既往身体健康,无药物中毒
