中共烟台市委组织部李贤书、徐少宁、陶可令来稿认为,认真剖析村民委员会换届选举结果,深刻反思在换届选举中农村基层党组织建设暴露出来的问题,对于进一步加强和完善村民自治,促进农村基层民主政治建设和组织建设,推进农村的改革、发展和稳定,具有重要的意义。从烟台市第六次村委会换届选举工作情况看,主要体现在五个方面:
