震天下者必震之于声,导人心者必导之于言。讲话是各级领导干部联系群众、履行职能的重要手段,是体现综合素质的一面镜子。话风不同,反映的领导水平和形象不尽相同,造成的影响和产生的结果也不尽相同。因此,领导干部讲话要讲点艺术,应该从改进作风、学风、文风的高度去认识和改进话风,切实把话讲到点子上、讲到人的心坎上,确保讲出质量、讲出好风气、讲出高效益。
Those who shake the world will be shocked by the sound, and those who guide the heart will be guided by words.
