目的对急性下呼吸道感染小儿应用糖皮质激素雾化吸入法的疗效以及不良反应进行分析。方法回顾性分析2010年1月—2013年6月南阳市卧龙区妇幼保健院收治的急性下呼吸道感染40例患儿的临床资料。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿呼吸道感染糖皮质激素雾化吸入法有比较理想的疗效,但其自身存在弊端,临床医师应选择糖皮质激素的科学治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and side effects of corticosteroid inhalation in children with acute lower respiratory tract infection. Methods The clinical data of 40 children with acute lower respiratory tract infection admitted to Wolong District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Nanyang from January 2010 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Infection of glucocorticoid in children with respiratory tract infection has an ideal effect, but its own drawbacks, clinicians should choose the scientific treatment of glucocorticoid.
