移动无线通信要求工作区域范围广、服务对象多,为了增加通信容量,一般都采用多个频道同时工作.如果将系统的工作频道平均地分配给系统的移动台固定使用,即移动台工作于单频道固定方式;那么,当一对用户占用了系统某一工作频道时,所有属于该频道的移动台都不能通话.因此,整个系统会出现某些频道拥挤,而另一些却处于空闲.为了避免这种现象,必须对系统的工作频道进行控制,使其按一定的规律工作.工作频道的控制方法有呼叫频道方式、循环定位方式和循环不定位方式.第一种方式频道利用率较低,本文介绍的是后两种方式的组合.
