|通过扫描电镜观察和分析了08AI钢板在不同应变路径下损伤的微观过程,用定量金相法测定了损伤演变。研究结果表明,微空洞核发生在碳化物与基体的界面、铁素体晶界和晶内,损伤增长存在着一个临界体积分数f_v~c,当fv大于f_v~c时,材料发生塑性失稳。文中初步探讨了塑性失稳与损伤的关系。
The microscopic process of 08AI steel under different strain paths was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The damage evolution was measured by quantitative metallography. The results show that there is a critical volume fraction f_v ~ c for the growth of micro-cavity nuclei at the interface between carbides and matrix, ferrite grain boundaries and grains. When fv is greater than f_v ~ c, the material undergoes plastic instability . The paper initially discussed the relationship between plastic instability and injury.
