The real estate industry is one of the important pillar industries in our country’s national economy, and at the same time it shoulders the very important social security function. The existence of such a dual attribute makes the development of real estate development, especially residential development industry deeply affected by the industry policy. The current model of urban residential development is basically based on the real estate development model in Hong Kong, showing the monopoly of land supply by the government and the monopoly of housing supply by developers. It can be expected that some of the policies that are being or will be implemented may have a significant impact on developers engaged in residential development business
