用大剂量地塞米松静注冲击疗法治疗4例狼疮性肾炎均获改善,特别是1例有早期肾功不良的病人疗效尤为显著,其肌酐于冲击疗法后25天转为正常。所有患者的尿蛋白均迅速下降。4例均未发生严重的副作用。
Treatment with high-dose dexamethasone intravenous shock therapy in 4 cases of lupus nephritis were improved, especially in 1 case of patients with early renal dysfunction is particularly significant, the creatinine 25 days after impact therapy turned normal. Urine protein decreased rapidly in all patients. No serious side effects occurred in 4 cases.
