本文介绍了起动式飞剪的剪切控制模型,分析了影响剪切精度的原因,提出了一种用软件手段消除剪切误差的方法。工业试验证明:根据控制模型研制的软件是可行的,它使剪切误差下降到定尺的0.7%,成品率提高6%。
This paper introduces the shear control model of starting flying shear, analyzes the reasons that affect the shear precision, and proposes a method to eliminate the shear error by software. Industrial tests show that the software developed based on the control model is feasible, which reduces the shear error to 0.7% of the length and increases the yield by 6%.
