声发射技术在材料试验和无损检测等方面已经得到了较为广泛的应用,它在研究切削过程及刀具破损检测中的应用也正受到国内外学者的关注。本文对车削过程中的声发射信号用加权计数、包络曲线及 RMS 曲线进行了分析研究。研究表明:(1) 加权计数随刀具切削时间呈线性变化,相关系数在0. 99以上;(2) 声发射信号与切屑形状有密切的关系;(3) 包络曲线分析和加权计数方法是研究切削过程中声发射活动强弱的有效手段,本文对包络曲线分析所采用的特征参数可灵敏地反映切削过程的变化。
Acoustic emission technology has been widely used in material testing and non-destructive testing. Its application in the research of cutting process and tool breakage detection is also attracting the attention of domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, the acoustic emission signals in the turning process are analyzed by weighted counting, envelope curve and RMS curve. The results show that: (1) The weighted counts change linearly with the cutting time, the correlation coefficient is above 0.99; (2) The AE signals are closely related to chip shape; (3) The envelope curve analysis and weighted counting method are To study the effective means of the acoustic emission activity in the cutting process, the characteristic parameters used in the analysis of the envelope curve can sensitively reflect the change of the cutting process.
