治疗性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗相对于已上市的HPV预防性疫苗进展缓慢,主要是对机体自身控制及清除HPV感染的细胞或转化的瘤细胞免疫机制不清楚。然而,HPV相关的肿瘤为肿瘤治疗的研发提供了一个很好的模型,相信随着研究的深入,获得有效的HPV治疗性疫苗一定能够实现。该文主要介绍现有的HPV治疗性疫苗研究进展,以及存在的问题。
The therapeutic HPV vaccine has been slow compared with the currently marketed HPV prophylactic vaccines, mainly because of the unclear mechanism of the body’s own control and clearance of HPV-infected cells or transformed tumor cells. However, HPV-related tumors provide a good model for the development of cancer treatment. It is believed that as research progresses, obtaining effective HPV therapeutic vaccines will certainly be achieved. This article mainly introduces the research progress of existing HPV therapeutic vaccines and the existing problems.
