我国的承包制,起始于1979年农村推广的家庭联产承包责任制,而后,承包制从农村进入城市,随着经济体制改革的深化逐渐形成为一种新型的企业制度,它对于增强企业活力,促进社会主义经济的发展,产生了巨大的作用,这已为实践所证实。然而在今天,有些同志对它能否在企业的深化改革中继续作为一种优越的经营机制发挥作用产生了程度不等的怀疑。本文拟就这个问题作一探讨。
The contract system in our country started from the household contract responsibility system popularized in rural areas in 1979.
