一年来,在党中央和国务院的正确领导下,我国的治理整顿工作已取得初步成效。但是,应当看到,今后治理整顿的任务还十分艰巨。1990年是治理整顿和深化改革的关键一年。多年积累的问题和新出现的矛盾交织在一起,各方面的困难比较集中,增加了治理整顿的复杂性和难度。我们必须振奋精神,认真贯彻落实党的十三届五中全会的决定,在保持社会经济稳定的条件下,积极推进治理整顿,切实做好1990年的各项经济工作。
In the past year, under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the work of rectifying and reorganizing our country has achieved initial success. However, it should be noted that the task of rectifying and reorganizing in the future is still extremely arduous. 1990 is a crucial year for rectifying and deepening the reform.
