人工智能时代的到来,促使会计行业的变革和跨越式发展,更对高职院校的会计人才培养提出了新的要求。因此,为适应新形势,高职会计专业必须创新人才培养模式,尽快实现转型升级。通过明确人才培养目标,重塑传统教学理念,调整课程体系,同时加强教育教学队伍培养,建设综合性实训基地,以培养出适应新时代发展的复合型、创新型会计人才。
