研制了稀土复合固体酸SO2-4/Ti-La-O,以均苯四甲酸二酐和2-乙基己醇的酯化为模型反应,研究催化剂制备条件与催化剂的表面结构对催化活性的影响。XRD表明SO2-4/Ti-La-O在400~450℃焙烧呈非晶态,X光电子能谱解析中可知原子所处的状态已不完全和单组份氧化物表面相同,金属原子极化程度增加了,氧化物表面的硫为高价氧化态S+6;FT-IR表明SO2-4以螯合状双配位方式吸附在金属离子上,表面存在着Bron-sted酸中心和Lewis酸中心,L酸与B酸的协同作用提高了酸强度和酯化活性
The synthesis of rare earth composite solid acid SO2-4 / Ti-La-O was studied. With the esterification of pyromellitic dianhydride and 2-ethylhexanol as the model reaction, the effects of catalyst preparation conditions and the surface structure of catalyst on the catalytic activity influences. XRD shows that SO2-4 / Ti-La-O is amorphous at 400-450 ℃. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis shows that the atomic states are not completely the same as the one-component oxide surface. The polarization of metal atoms The degree of sulfur increased to S + 6 in the oxidation state. FT-IR indicated that SO2-4 was adsorbed on the metal ions by the chelate-like double coordination mode. The synergistic effect of acid and B acid increases the acid strength and esterification activity
