一、国企职工信仰问题产生的原因:当前中国社会正处于经济体制转型、国有企业改革的攻坚阶段。随着国民经济成份的多样化、社会阶层、利益群体和社会思潮也相应多样化。信仰问题成为当前一个非常突出的问题。国有企业应加大对职工信仰问题的关注度。中国的社会主义改革和国企改革虽取得了明显成效,但同时也出现了贫富差距拉大、下岗失业人员增多、腐败滋生蔓延等社会问题。国企职工过去在纯公有制的企业中工作,接受社会主义正统教育,但理想与现实却存在巨大的落差。众所周知,社会主义的基本特征是生产资料公有制,人们在生产中结成平等互助的劳动关系,按劳分配产品。但在社会主义市场经济条件下,以公有制为主体的多种经济成份共同发展,人们对社会生产资料的占有额并不相同,甚至差额悬殊;随着合同用工制度的推行,人们的劳动关系更直接地体现为竞争、雇佣与被雇佣;尽管国有企业仍以按劳分配为主体,但
