山东金岭铁矿台口分矿年掘进3万余米深孔的凿岩机均为风动设备,另外还使用部分风动的装运设备以及矿井提升设备,平均用风量约为120m~3/s。风源由地表空压机房经矿井的管路输送到井下各用风作业地点。 由于矿井提升设备用风时间比井下凿岩设备用风时间长,为保证矿井的正常提升,空压机开车要按照矿井提升设备用风时间开车,造成能源的浪费。此外,由于井下作业地点分散,距离远,管路损耗大,存在跑冒漏风现象。由于电力紧张,空压机不能全部开动,造成风量不足,影响铁矿石正常提升。因此,有必要改进矿井供风系统,对提升设备单独供风。
