目前,提高橡胶混凝土力学性能的措施主要是对橡胶颗粒进行表面改性。在本研究中,通过真空热处理(vacuum heat-treatment,VHT)的方法来提高橡胶砂浆的力学性能。结果表明:经过真空热处理后,橡胶砂浆的抗折、抗压强度提高。掺入用NaOH溶液预处理后的橡胶颗粒,砂浆强度提高更加显著。这是由于橡胶颗粒在一定温度下会部分分解,而分解产物改善了橡胶颗粒与水泥之间的粘结。NaOH对橡胶颗粒的热分解起到催化作用。橡胶颗粒越小,越容易分解。
At present, the measures to improve the mechanical properties of rubber concrete mainly surface modification of rubber particles. In this study, the mechanical properties of rubber mortar were improved by vacuum heat-treatment (VHT). The results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength of rubber mortar increase after vacuum heat treatment. Incorporation of rubber particles pretreated with NaOH solution, mortar strength increased even more significant. This is because the rubber particles are partially decomposed at a certain temperature, and the decomposition products improve the adhesion between the rubber particles and the cement. NaOH catalyzes the thermal decomposition of rubber particles. The smaller rubber particles, the more easily decomposed.
