确定旅客站建设规模的主要依据之一，是设计年度的旅客上车人数。现行设计规范规定，以全年最高月日均作为计算旅客上车人数的基础。对此，近年来，不少文章提出了一些不同看法，如：应以全年次高月日均、偏高月日均、日均…等等。我们认为，确定计算旅客上车人数的计算基础，应从较大满足旅客旅行需要，并充分发挥投资效用两个方面来进行分析。
One of the main bases for determining the construction scale of passenger stations is the number of passengers boarding passengers in the design year. According to the current design code, the highest monthly average of the whole year is used as the basis for calculating the number of passengers boarding passengers. In this regard, in recent years, many articles put forward some different views, such as: the average daily high of the year should be, the average monthly high, the average daily ... and so on. In our opinion, to determine the calculation basis for calculating the number of passengers boarding passengers, we should analyze them from two aspects, namely, larger meeting the needs of travelers and giving full play to investment utility.
