某男,20岁,未婚,农民,初中文化。于183年4月生气后渐现精神失常:发呆、睡眠差、少语、反应迟钝,不时叹气,生活自理差。至五月初症状无原因加重:语言零乱重复、乱跑、紧张、害怕、欲跳楼自杀一次未遂。生活被动,不知穿衣、吃饭。同时出现发热(37～38℃),并出汗口干。经市级医院排除内科疾患后就诊本院。个性内向。其父年轻时曾精神失常,后愈。其妹精神失常,后上吊自杀。
