目的 :研究太宁栓治疗内痔急性发作的有效性及安全性。方法 :对 70例内痔病人采用随机、对照方法进行研究 ,其中 40例使用太宁栓 ,30例使用无黏膜保护剂的痔疮栓剂。结果 :治疗 48h后 ,太宁栓组出血、疼痛、瘙痒的减轻程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗 7d后太宁栓组出血、疼痛、瘙痒、水肿糜烂的减轻程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组均未出现全身不良反应。结论 :太宁栓治疗内痔急性发作的临床效果明显 ,安全性高 ,无明显副作用。
Objective: To study the effectiveness and safety of Tai-Ning-Shuan in treating acute episodes of internal hemorrhoids. Methods: 70 cases of hemorrhoids patients were randomized, controlled study, of which 40 cases of Tai Ning suppository, 30 cases of non-mucosal hemorrhoids suppository protective agent. Results: After 48 hours of treatment, the reduction of hemorrhage, pain and pruritus in Tai Ning suppository group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05). 7d after treatment, Tai Ning suppository group bleeding, pain, itching, edema edema was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). No adverse systemic reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Tai’ning suppository is effective in treating acute episodes of internal hemorrhoids with high safety and no obvious side effects.
