近年来,我厂女职工委员会以维护女职工特殊利益和提高女职工文化素质为重点,以巾帼建功创业绩为主题,发动全厂女职工与企业同甘共苦,迎难而上,取得了可喜的成绩,连续11年获局女职工工作先进单位的光荣称号。 一、坚持维护女职 (一)在工作安排上尽量调整。为了解决女职工安排难的问题,厂行政制定了一调、二换、三补的办法。一调,主要对一些不适宜原干工作的女职工进行调整。二换,就是把原来由男职工干的又适合女职工干的工作换为女工干。三补,就是把适合女职工干,也适合男职工干的岗位,根据劳动强度大小和工作多少,给予补充。食堂、幼儿园、酒厂、配电房共补充了20多位较适合的女职工。通过这些办法,把需要调换的女职工全部调换到适合的岗位上,从而使122名女职工在签订劳动合同中无一人下岗。 (二)在特殊保护上尽量关心。解决女工在特殊保护上的一系列问题,我们
