在中国共产党的历史上,陈独秀曾是毁誉参半的人物:一方面可以说他是反清斗士、中国新文化运动的旗手、五四运动的总司令、中国最早的马克思列宁主义宣传者、中国共产党的缔造者之一、中国共产党一大至五大的总书记。另一方面,他又曾背上右倾投降主义者、托派分子、叛党分子、叛徒、汉奸、国民党特务等多种骂名。那么应该怎样看待陈独秀在中国近代史上的作用和地位呢?
In the history of the Communist Party of China, Chen Duxiu used to be a mixed figure: On the one hand, he could be said to be the anti-Palatial Warrior, the flag bearer of the Chinese New Culture Movement, the commander-in-chief of the May Fourth Movement, the earliest Marxist-Leninist propagandist in China, and the Communist Party of China One of the founders, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, one to five. On the other hand, he once again adorned right-wing capitulationists, Trotskyists, rebels, renegades, traitors, and KMT spies. How should we view the role and status of Chen Duxiu in modern Chinese history?
