降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)是具有强大的血管收缩作作的物质,我们的动物实验已证明它具有抗心律失常作用,并在临床用于治疗1例室颤、室扑室速病人亦有效。目前还未见文献报告CGRP治疗致死性室性心律失常病例。现将此例报告如下。
Calcitonin gene-related peptide (calcitonin gene-related peptide, CGRP) is a powerful vasoconstricting material, our animal experiments have shown that it has anti-arrhythmic effect, and is used clinically to treat 1 case of ventricular fibrillation, Ventricular tachycardia patients are also effective. There is no literature report CGRP treatment of fatal ventricular arrhythmias. Now this case report as follows.
