在临时组建的团队里,只有认清了自己的身份,才能站在客观的角度看问题,才有可能去换位思考。做企业营运体检资深顾问工作的吴颖经常以项目经理的身份进驻到其他企业,要与企业团队共同相处三四个月来调查企业运营中出现的问题,给出合理化的建议。常规的企业中,团队相对固定。但吴颖的工作不同,团队由几位顾问组成,根据项目的变化而变化。于是,吴颖需要快速了解团队成员的秉性和经验,根据他们的能力分配任务,又要带领团队与客户取得一致。
