水火管式快装锅炉在运行过程中,其烟气从燃烧室中流出,经后部烟气隔墙阻挡经过第二回程返回到前烟箱,再进入第三烟气回程。快装锅炉的烟气隔墙通常分为两种。一种是沿锅炉的纵向在后管板中部砌筑,高温烟气区在左侧,低温烟气区在右侧(简称左右返火)。另一种烟气隔墙是沿横向砌筑在后棚管上。高温烟气区在下部,低温烟气区在上部(简称上下返火)。目前,1吨/时、20吨/时快装锅炉的烟气流程一般采用上下返火,4吨/时快装锅
