发改委就实行居民阶梯电价征求意见。国家发展和改革委员会9日公布《关于居民生活用电实行阶梯电价的指导意见(征求意见稿)》,《指导意见》提出,居民阶梯电价将根据用电量划分三个档次,电价实行分档累进递增。居民阶梯电价的电量分档标准,以省(区、市)为单位,按照覆盖一定居民用电户的比率确定,并就电量档次划分提供了两个选择方案。
