近一时期,长三角区域内一体化步伐明显提速。去年,无锡、上海两地公交公司率先推出一卡两刷;今年,浙江、江苏、上海两省一市高层领导频频互访,达成一体化共识;4月,三省市工商部门签定在投资准入、市场秩序、信用信息方面一体化框架;上海的金融机构开始大规模向苏、浙企业发放贷款…… 然而,无论在人员流动、信息共享还是物流建设上,长三角地区还与理想状态有很大差距,需要从项目合作走向制度安排,对此,本刊从人流、物流、信息流几个方面作一梳理:
