Grassroots cadres and the masses are the basic social groups and even the main participants in practice. Our research focuses on the evaluation of grass-roots cadres and the masses on the socialist core value system and its effective construction approach awareness, satisfaction, demand and other evaluation, understand their real needs, real confusion, the reality of cognition, the reality of sentiment. 500 questionnaires were distributed to the survey, 467 questionnaires were returned and 467 valid questionnaires were collected.
