我厂某产品中的调整圈,其特点是薄而精度要求较高,见图1。由于工件太薄,在加工时极易变形,我们经过摸索、试验最终解决了磨削中工件变形问题,同时还大大提高了工效。现将具体加工方法介绍如下: 最初我们在普通平面磨床上加工,砂轮选用白刚玉,粒度180号、砂轮外径400mm。磨削余量0.3mm,横向进给量0.1mm,垂直进给量为0.03~0.05mm,当厚度磨至0.4mm左右时,因翘曲变形太大,无法继续加工。分析其原因,主要有下列几点:
