目的 :检测新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (SIL 2R)水平 ,探讨血清SIL 2R变化在新生儿HIE的临床意义。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)方法 ,检测 10 3例住院新生儿HIE及 30例正常新生儿血清SIL 2R。结果 :HIE新生儿血清SIL 2R水平明显高于对照组新生儿 (P <0 0 1) ;中度HIE患儿血清SIL 2R水平高于轻度患儿 ,但无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;重度HIE患儿血清SIL 2R水平明显高于中度患儿 (P <0 0 5 )及轻度患儿 (P <0 0 1) ;HIE治疗前后血清SIL 2R变化差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :检测血清SIL 2R对判断新生儿HIE的发生、病情分度、治疗效果有一定临床意义。
Objective: To detect the level of serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL 2 R) in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to investigate the clinical significance of serum SIL 2R in neonatal HIE. Methods: Serum SIL 2R was detected in 103 hospitalized neonates (HIE) and 30 normal newborns by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The serum levels of SIL 2R in neonates with HIE were significantly higher than those in control neonates (P <0.01). The serum levels of SIL 2R in HIE neonates were higher than those in mild HIE children (P <0 0) 5). The level of serum SIL 2R in children with severe HIE was significantly higher than that in moderate children (P <0.05) and mild children (P <0.01). The changes of serum SIL 2R before and after HIE were significant P <0 0 5). Conclusion: The detection of serum SIL 2R has some clinical significance in judging the occurrence of neonatal HIE, the status of disease and the treatment effect.
