腹股沟迹是小儿最常见的外科疾病之一。而嵌顿迹又是小儿腹股构迹的严重合并症，严重者可导致死亡，因此值得家长和临床医师的高度重视。l临床资料我院1983年12月一lop年12月所收治的268例嵌顿迹中，男262冽，女6例。年龄1月一14岁，平均5岁，占同期腹股沟挡住院患儿的24．54％
