图书馆的本职工作是为读者提供读物和宽松的阅读环境,而进入读书馆获取信息的除了健康正常的普通读者外还有残疾人,因此图书馆在为普通人提供正常的阅读环境和服务时,还应从设施设备到馆员的服务上都要考虑到残疾人的特殊性,为他们提供无障碍阅读环境,使他们能在图书馆顺利地获得所需的知识和信息。现从细节服务和人文关怀的重要性出发,提出了在图书馆为残疾人提供细节服务中如何体现人文关怀的方法措施,希望能为图书馆的发展提供一定的帮助。
