目的:研究丁香对多种不同发热模型大鼠体温的影响。方法:通过酵母、内毒素和2,4-二硝基苯酚对大鼠进行发热造模,观察丁香水提液和醇提液的解热效果。结果:丁香水提物30g/kg、丁香醇提物5g/kg对内毒素所致发热大鼠有良好的解热作用。进一步分析表明,丁香醇提物5g/kg对酵母、2,4-二硝基苯酚也都有明显的解热作用。结论:丁香水提物于30g/kg对内毒素所致发热有明显的解热效果,丁香醇提物5g/kg对大鼠三个模型均具有良好的解热作用。水提物的解热作用提示由于其本身无丁香酚存在,可能还有别的解热物质。
Objective: To study the effects of clove on the body temperature of rats with different fever models. Methods: Rat models of fever were established by yeast, endotoxin and 2,4-dinitrophenol. The antipyretic effect of clove aqueous extract and alcohol extract was observed. Results: Clove extract 30g / kg, clove alcohol extract 5g / kg endotoxin-induced fever in rats have a good antipyretic effect. Further analysis showed that clove alcohol extract 5g / kg of yeast, 2,4 - dinitrophenol also have obvious antipyretic effect. Conclusion: Clove extract at 30g / kg has obvious antipyretic effect on endotoxin-induced fever, clove alcohol extract 5g / kg has good antipyretic effect on all three models in rats. The antipyretic action of the water extract suggests that there may be other antipyretic substances because of the absence of eugenol itself.
