本文主要是研究在供给侧改革背景下,当代企业如何进行服务管理体系的有效转型。本文从项目背景出发,再具体分析。首先分析供给侧改革概况,其产生的意义以及对企业产生怎样的影响;然后分析了当代企业服务管理体系的概括,包括其内涵已经存在的一些问题;最后分析了企业应如何利用供给侧改革来进行企业服务管理体系的转型。
This article mainly studies how to modernize the service management system in the background of supply-side reform. This article sets out from the project background, then concrete analysis. First of all, it analyzes the general situation of supply-side reform, its meaning and impact on the enterprise. Then it analyzes the generalization of the contemporary enterprise service management system, including some existing problems in its connotation. Finally, it analyzes how enterprises should make use of supply-side reform Conduct business service management system transformation.
