Under the leadership of the State Development Planning Commission, the Songliao River Basin Planning Coordination Conference was officially opened today by the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power. On behalf of the Songliao Water Conservancy Commission, I would like to thank the attending comrades and report to the comrades the compilation of the three plans of the Songliao River Basin - the Songhua River Basin Plan, the revision of the planning of the Liaohe River Basin and the comprehensive development and utilization of water resources in the Songliao River Basin. It will help all departments and provinces and autonomous regions to conduct further consultations and fulfill their tasks.
