西北华北联网及水、火电补偿研究是水利电力部重点科研项目,也是“西北与华北、华中、西南联网及补偿研究”的一个组成部分。该课题由水电部西北勘测设计院负责,水电部电力科学院系统研究所参加于一九八三年十一月开始,经过一年多的努力,现已基本完成研究工作。水电部科学技术司、水电部水利水电建设总局于一九八五年三月廿六日至廿八日在北京召开了西北华北联网及水、火电补偿研究科研成果鉴定会。对课题研究单位提出的科研成果进行了鉴定。
Northwest North China Networking and Water and Thermal Power Compensation Research is a key scientific research project of Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power and an integral part of “Research on Northwest and North China, Central China and Southwest Networks and Compensation”. This project was undertaken by the Northwest Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Electricity and Water and the System Institute of the Electric Power Institute of the Ministry of Electricity and Mines participated in the study started in November 1983. After more than a year of hard work, the research has been basically completed. Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Electricity, Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Construction Ministry of Water Conservancy and Hydropower from March 26 to August 28, 1985 in Beijing held a network of northwestern North China and thermal power compensation research and scientific research appraisal. Scientific research achievements proposed by the research unit were identified.
