行政事业单位实物资产管理探析

行政事业单位的实物资产管理关系到其是否能够有效开展其他方面的工作,其实物资产管理对单位的整体工作都是有着重要影响的。加强实物资产管理不仅能够实现行政单位内部的运行,也能实现对公共财政及资产的有效配置。但是受到多方面因素作用,行政事业单位在实物资产管理方面存在着需要改进的地方。为此,本文先对实物资产管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并着重提出了改进的策略。

The management of physical assets of administrative institutions is related to whether they can effectively carry out other aspects of their work. The management of physical assets in general has an important impact on the overall work of the units. Strengthening the management of physical assets can not only realize the internal operation of the administrative unit, but also realize the effective allocation of public finance and assets. However, due to many factors, administrative units need to improve their physical assets management. Therefore, this article first analyzes the existing problems in the management of physical assets, and puts forward the strategy of improvement.
