单位内部各种控制形式的总称为企业内部控制,是企业管理的核心部分,是一项全面系统的企业管理职能,内部管理需要从多个方面进行,制度及流程是保证企业内控顺利开展的基础,近些年,企业内部控制在我国蓬勃发展,在新经济形势下,存在着一些不足之处。本文对新经济形势下的企业内部控制问题进行了分析,对企业内部控制的变化进行了阐述,并给出了响应的改进措施。
