浸种自古以来早已作为催芽、提早出苗的一项生产技术措施。但对浸种的实际效果,仍有不同的评价和结论。有人认为浸种不但无益,反而有害。经我们观察研究,菜豆、黄瓜的种子即使短时间的浸种也会明显地损伤种子的活力,反映在种子的发芽势和发芽率的降低上,从而影响到幼苗的长势。多数豆类种子对低温浸种更为敏感,当水温在5-7℃时,浸种4-8小时就会造成严重的冷害,严重时甚至全部丧失发芽力。因此,如何正确评价浸种后效进而合理地应用浸种技术是一个密切与农林园艺生产相关的实际
Soaking since ancient times has long been as a germination, early emergence of a production technology and measures. However, the actual effect of seed soaking, there are still different evaluations and conclusions. Some people think that soaking seeds is not only useless, but harmful. After our observation and study, the seeds of the kidney bean and the cucumber will obviously damage the seed vigor even if soaked for a short time, which is reflected in the decrease of the seed germination potential and the germination rate, thereby affecting the seedling growth. Most beans seeds are more sensitive to low temperature soaking, when the water temperature at 5-7 ℃, soaking for 4-8 hours will cause serious chilling injury, even when all the loss of germination. Therefore, how to correctly evaluate the effect of soaking seed so that the rational application of soaking technique is a practical one that is closely related to horticultural production in agriculture and forestry
