我国正处于经济转型升级的关键时期,经济转型的空间巨大,由此将释放巨大的增长潜力,形成经济中速增长的重要支撑;与此同时,我国经济生活还面临着比较严峻的结构性矛盾,投资消费结构错配,风险结构错配等问题还比较突出,这使得我国正常的经济循环难以持续。实现经济平稳健康增长,关键在于通过供给侧结构性改革破解结构性矛盾,推进经济转型升级。在这个特定的背景下,2016年中央经济工作会议突出
Our country is in a critical period of economic restructuring and upgrading.
