通过分析龙滩水电站10kV厂用电系统接线和保护配置情况,指出了原保护配置设计方面的缺陷:10kV厂用变低压侧没有过流保护,高压侧过流保护I段和II段也没有区分保护动作后果,当10kV母线上发生故障且故障电流达到10kV厂用变高压侧过流保护定值时,保护动作将造成越级跳闸,扩大了停电范围。对此提出3种解决办法,并比较了各自的优缺点,最后选用了增加10kV厂用变低压侧过流保护配置和修改保护接线的方案。实际运行证明了该优化配置方案的正确性。
By analyzing the wiring and protection configuration of the 10kV power plant system in Longtan Hydropower Station, the defects in the original protection configuration design are pointed out: there is no over-current protection in the variable-voltage side of 10kV plant and there is no distinction between I and II in high-voltage side overcurrent protection When the fault occurs on the 10kV busbar and the fault current reaches the value of 10kV overcurrent protection on the variable-voltage side of the plant, the protection action will cause over-level trip and enlarge the range of power failure. In this regard, three solutions are proposed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are compared. Finally, the scheme of increasing the configuration of the over-current protection of the substation in the low-voltage side of the 10kV plant and modifying the protection wiring is selected. The actual operation proves the correctness of the optimized configuration scheme.
