作者4年来采用外耳道皮瓣三瓣式鼓膜隆补术治疗200例取得了良好效果。男112例,女88例。中央性穿孔80例,次全穿孔120例。听骨链均完整,咽鼓管通畅,中耳湿润者140例,余者中耳干燥。术前均行纯音测听。移植物取颞筋膜。方法:先取颞筋膜备用。2％利多卡因加少许肾上腺素外耳道局麻。鼓膜外耳道联合部环形切口,仔细清除松弛部及紧张部残余鼓膜上
In the past 4 years, the external auditory canal flap tri-type tympanoplasty was used to treat 200 cases with good results. There were 112 males and 88 females. 80 cases of central perforation, subtotal perforation of 120 cases. Hemophilia were intact, eustachian tube patency, moist middle ear 140 cases, the remaining middle ear dry. Preoperative pure tone audiometry. Transplant to take the temporal fascia.
