青少年近视大都有调节因素存在。目前防治工作中主要措施也是针对调节因素。但由予阿托品所致的畏光症状发生率较高,过敏性或激刺性结膜炎发生率也较高。电视法也可产生头晕等副作用,并且还受镜片质量等影响,不易被青少年接受,因此探求新的青少年乐于接受的防治方法一直是人们关注的问题。本文根据生理光学的新发展,综合临床文献报告和临床实践中遇到的问题,设计制作成防治青少年近视的治疗器现将其设计原理、治疗方法和近期远视力疗效介绍如下:
