老年性白内障发病机理的研究已日益受到重视。它与许多因素有关。我们曾进行了老年性白内障人的晶体和房水中18种氨基酸的含量测定。并与正常人进行比较。发现二者含量有显著差异。房水中谷氨酸和甘氨酸明显减少。则可影响谷胱甘肽的合成,为了进一步探讨其中的关系,又对正常人和老年性白内障人的晶体和房水进行了谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)活性的测定.发现老年性白内障眼房水和晶体中GSH—PX活性明显低于正常人。认为GSH—PX活住下降.影响了对活性氧的清除。为形成白内障的原因之一。现将二实验报告如下:
