目的:研究白花檵木药材止血活性成分。方法:采用小鼠凝血/出血时间为指标,对白花檵木药材的水,30%乙醇,60%乙醇,80%乙醇,95%乙醇提取物进行止血活性筛选,并经ODS,Sephadex LH-20,硅胶等材料柱色谱分离、提纯,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:白花檵木药材的不同极性溶剂提取物经小鼠凝血/出血实验,结果显示60%醇提组的凝血时间缩短率和止血时间缩短率相对其他提取物最高,并从中分离到9个化合物,分别鉴定为银椴苷(1),3-O-香豆酰奎宁酸(2),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(4),3-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(5),5-O-香豆酰奎宁酸(6),3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(7),4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(8),3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(9),除化合物1和4,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。结论:白花檵木药材60%乙醇提取物止血活性较好,而且其中主要是酚酸类成分。
Objective: To study the hemostatic active ingredients of albimes medicinal herbs. Conclusion: Bletilla striata medicinal herbs 60% ethanol extract better hemostatic activity, and which is mainly phenolic acids composition.
